酒店销售渠道可简单的分为线下、线上两种,其中OTA的崛起改变了原有销售渠道的格局,不管是连锁酒店还是单体酒店,在流量获取上几乎都会寻求OTA的导流,但是酒店在不同发展阶段和不同运营状态下对于流量获取方式的侧重会有所不同。在OTA因掌控巨大流量而面对酒店时逐渐掌握主动权的情况下,不管是从利润的角度还是从未来长久发展的角度来看,OTA都对酒店形成了巨大的压力,也正是看到这种危机,不管是连锁巨头还是小众酒店企业都纷纷寻求逃脱之策,或自建直销体系。

this is not the first time that I stayed in this hotel. I like it as they can provide me a cheaper price with a huge area for me to work as a office and a place to meet my business partner. it is wonderful if the hotel can replace a new set of sofa.

房间总体上还可以蛮干净的,就是卫生间挤了点。出行很方便,门口就有车站。
